General guide based on typical industry reputation — actual grades, turnaround and resale value vary by individual card.
The same simple process for every grading service we offer.
Choose a service & tier
Compare Beckett, ACE and CGC below for pricing, coverage and turnaround, and pick the tier that suits your cards.
Protect your cards
Cards must be in a semi-rigid grading holder before drop-off — grab some in-store or online if you need them.
Submit the form & drop off
Fill out the online submission form for your chosen service, then bring your cards in-store with a 50% deposit to lock in your spot.
We ship & you collect
We send submissions off in batches and let you know when they're back. Pay the remaining balance and collect your graded cards.
All prices are per card, in AUD, and include international shipping, insurance and handling up to the tier's coverage limit.

Beckett Grading Services
Beckett (BGS)
Industry-standard grading with the option to sub-grade centering, corners, edges and surface.

ACE Grading
ACE
A fast-growing local grader with a single flat rate and optional label upgrades.
CGC Trading Cards
CGC
Choose Pay on Return, or Pay Upfront to save around 10% at submission.
📦 Semi-rigid holders required
Every card must be presented in a semi-rigid grading holder at drop-off. Don't have any? Grab a pack here or in-store.
💳 Deposit & balance
A 50% deposit of the estimated grading total is due at submission to secure your place in the queue. The remaining balance is due before you collect your graded cards.
🚚 Batch shipping
Submissions are sent off in batches rather than individually — typically weekly to fortnightly, or once a volume threshold is reached — which is how we keep grading fees competitively low.
⏱️ Turnaround estimates
Turnaround times are estimates provided by each grading company and are not guaranteed. Delays at the grader's end are outside our control.
Which grading service should I choose?
It depends on your card's value and how long you're happy to wait. CGC Standard and Beckett Express offer the fastest turnarounds for higher-value cards, while ACE and the CGC/Beckett economy tiers suit everyday cards where cost matters more than speed.
Do I need to bring my cards in-store?
Yes — after submitting the online form, cards must be dropped off in-store in a semi-rigid holder to finalise your submission and pay your deposit.
What if my card is worth more than my tier's coverage limit?
You can still submit it, but a surcharge may apply for declared value above your tier's limit — see the notes on the individual submission form for details.
Can I track my submission?
Yes — we'll update you at each stage of your card's journey, from drop-off to sending your submission away, right through to it being back and ready for collection. You're welcome to reach out any time via our contact page for an update in between.
